With the unexpected snowy weather moving into the Fort Smith area, thousands of school-age children were out playing in the snow and making snowmen just a few days after the melting of most snowmen built from a previous snowfall. The weather forecast indicates the snowfall to end tonight (Feb. 8), with a Tuesday high of 34 degrees.
