"Tongue in cheek It is my job, I'm the president! nuff said" What the hell does that mean? Again the query, Is this system the way you want it? Do you think we can do better? Or are you just one who doesn't care about escalating prices (not costs, they are static)for basic health care and 45 million people who are uninsured?
