Fort Smith is on the upswing in Sales. People are buying clothes and cars - next they will want new home to put all their possessions in. We are working through this economic downturn and moving on UP!
Recent Economic shows this to be true. While homme purchases are still behind last year, getting the foreclosures and bank owned properties off the market will help our housing market recover. Business and professional services have shown an increase which is an indication that housing is not far behind.
