Sebastian county children and family will play dirty to remove children from homes and yes federal money is involved. The adoption act, set in motion in 1984 means they receive federal grant money for each child adopted out of Foster care. Its sad but it appears the state could take and sell your children, and parents need to be warned of the dangers because at times they play dirty to do it. If you doubt this, look up senetor Nancy Shaeffer . She was in the process of exposing their corruption when she was mysteriously murdered in 2010.
