The 188th Fighter Wing has announced the dates and the headliners for the 2008 Fort Smith Regional Air Show. The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and the U.S. Army Golden Knights will perform on Saturday and Sunday. The 188th is working on securing additional military demonstration teams, and the 188th FW / Fort Chaffee Community Council's Air Show Committee is selling sponsorships, chalets, and display ads for the official program guide. Funds generated from sales will secure top-notch civilian acts to round out the full schedule. | ||

It’s an inequitable system – both the selection of the agencies and the amounts given. The process and amounts continue unchanged from one year to the next. It’s a closed system.
