Gas prices have gone up for 48 days straight. One reason given is the falling dollar. The talking heads including Dave Ramsey have been advising against gold for years and years.

I had lived in Portland, Oregon for ten years before I finally made a visit to the Japanese Garden that exists there. If you have never been to Portland it’s a city that has gardens, parks and green spaces galore.
