South America- The US Perspective As Security Partners

In this week, US is now traveling to Colombia, Brazil and Chile, the southern America for the purpose of supporting and helping them to depend the Asia Pacific region for the future years.    The US Defense Secretary, Leon Panetta, emphasized the importance of the South America as the security or military partners for protecting the Asia Pacific Region that is being currently challenged by China. Also, Leon Panetta said that the military relationships can help to lift up the economic and political issues. Also, the US officials said that they will propose to the South American about helping and train the Afghan forces after the end of the NATO combat troops in 2014.   In the speech of  Leon Panetta, he said that The United States are also facing budget constrictions and the best solution is to develop the partnerships, security and relationships through sharing informations, assistance and capabilities. Through those growing relationships, the united nations can able to provide great security in the future.
