Juanita McDonald, 83 of Barling, AR passed away Friday, August 10, 2012. She was born on November 8, 1928 in Spiro, OK to George and Jesse Tidwell. She was formerly a cook for the Barling Senior Citizen Center, a member of Barling Assembly of God Church and The Sanctuary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Eugene McDonald; a son, Phillip McDonald; two sisters, Mary Dunn and Orene Gilbert; a brother, Doyle V. Tidwell; a daughter in law, Jeanne McDonald and a son in law, Kenny Hebert.
Services will be 10:30 A.M Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with interment at Fort Smith National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.
She is survived by two daughters, Priscilla Hebert of Poteau, OK and Tanya Young and her husband Silas, of Fort Smith; three sons, Gary McDonald of Barling, Clyde McDonald and his wife Barbara Gail of Rock Island, OK and Daniel McDonald and his wife Karen of Van Buren; 21 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Grandsons and Granddaughters.
Family will greet friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
