Today we celebrate the man who had a dream that all people would be judged NOT BY the color of their skin but on the content of their heart. From an imperfect man, we have learned that we must look beyond COLOR when associating with other human beings. Having been discriminated against as a young girl for other reasons, I am very aware of discrimination and while I still see color, I believe that my children and grandchildren DO NOT. So after two generations have been born, the message Dr. King gave and hoped for, is becoming a reality. Dr. King will be remembered for this and as all of us are imperfect humans, we choose to remember the good that he did because, as I understand it, the reason we are here is to know, love and serve each other and he did that! HAPPY MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY!!!
