Downtown Fort Smith's newest restaurant will be one of the most stylish places you will encounter. A very classy menu topped with an awesome martini list will keep you coming back for more! You can conveniently park at the parking lot at 2nd and Garrison and the entrance to 21 West End will be on the A street side of the building. Reservations are required at this time.

The first comment from my wife's mouth was "I don't feel like we are in Fort Smith."
I was a little skeptical at first with a limited menu but the service was good, the salmon was very good.
this is the best dining experience I've had in Arkansas. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was incredible. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
We didn't dine, but just went for a couple of drinks.
The space is smaller than I expected, but intimate and dimly lit. The martini menu is varied & refreshing. I definitely want to go back & have a meal there (and more martinis!)
Went there today just to check it out, and I'm probably making reservations for this weekend. It seems like my type of place, and I always enjoy feeling like I'm a little higher on the social ladder :p.
