YEL seeks to provide an outlet for professional and personal networking and development among the up and coming professional demographic in the Fort Smith area.  YEL conducts monthly leadership luncheons featuring successful business and community leaders designed for business networking as well as a monthly social networking event to serve as an outlet for young professionals to connect on a much more casual environment. In addition to these monthly events we also host a series of professional developments seminars throughout the year and several unique events such as the young professionals semi-formal ball, "Bella Notte" held in February.
